As @John in NC points out, scheduled transactions and memorized transactions are different things. In other words, Memorized transactions are NOT scheduled transactions. For further clarification, Memorized transactions was tied to QuickFill in QM2007. Memorizing transactions in QM2007 created a LOCKED QuickFill entry. As mentioned, in QM2016, ALL transactions are memorized automatically by Payee. There is no option to NOT memorize them and there can only be ONE occurrence of a Payee. There is no option to LOCK a Payee so that it cannot be altered by future transactions with the exact same Payee.
